Global Witness is an international NGO that exposes the corrupt exploitation of natural resources and international trade systems, to drive campaigns that end impunity, resource-linked conflict, and human rights and environmental abuses. Our success is built through detailed on-the-ground investigations and uncompromising advocacy.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Policy Advisor to work alongside our Head of U.S. Office to combat natural-resource related corruption and conflict in the natural resource sector and push Global Witness’s key campaign priorities in the U.S. This will involve high level advocacy with the U.S. government and International Financial Institutions to promote transparency and accountability in the natural resource sector globally.
Applicants must have proven experience and a track record in developing and implementing advocacy and media campaigns that have achieved impact and led to policy change within the U.S. Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
