Due to increased demand, a position now exists in our Washington DC office to join our recruitment division. The objective of the Global Recruitment Unit is to add measurable value and provide a quality end to end service designed specifically to support our often complex, sophisticated, global internal, external and bid staffing needs. This position is a true end-to-end recruitment role, involving account management, effective partnering with internal clients, sourcing and maintaining a network of “in demand talent” and current contractors.
Essentially, you will channel your drive, passion, and ambition in ONE direction….your INTERNAL client, contractor and talent base. This role is challenging and demanding. The close knit team will welcome your innovation, intelligence, and experience.
You will demonstrate:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree;
- Minimum 3-4 years’ recruitment experience within the International Development sector;
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) including the ability to set and manage expectations;
- A bias toward building strong relationships with both internal and external clients and contractors;
- Ability to interact, communicate and maintain effective relationships with senior level candidates;
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and attention to detail;
- A sound understanding of GRM or Futures Group sector specialisations, and key clients;
- Strong negotiation skills;
- Tenacity and drive;
- Excellent researching capabilities and internet / social media savvy;
- Availability to travel when required.
This position is ideally suited to candidates authorized to work in the US.
