The purpose of the consultancy is to ensure the overall implementation and follow-up of the DIPECHO-funded regional project INCRISD in South Asia, by guaranteeing the respect of the project cycle management framework and supporting the South Asia regional management team responsible for the grant agreement signed between Handicap International (HI) and ECHO as well as of the regional Consortium between HI, ActionAid and Oxfam.
