The successful candidate will have the skills and ability to lead on the research, monitoring and evaluation department across the organization's three regional offices and national youth-led programme, coupled with the passion and commitment for developing the M & E skills of others. A strong team player with solid background in monitoring and evaluation, the individual will work closely with the Country Director and management team to ensure that Restless Development Sierra Leone maintains its current high levels of accountability through consistent and accurate monitoring and evaluation.
