Call for Experts DAI is currently recruiting private sector development experts for various upcoming donor programmes in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The programmes will focus on areas including Market Development/Making Markets Work for the Poor (M4P), value chains development, access to finance, business environment reform, and anti-corruption.
Local and Regional experts are encouraged to apply:
? Team LeadersCandidates should have at least 15 years of related programme management experience in promoting private sector development. Preferably with significant experience in Democratic Republic of Congo.

Requirements:• Candidates must be fluent in both French and English;• Experience working on international development programmes;• At least 5 years’ experience in relevant fields;• Strong knowledge of Democratic Republic of Congo;• Knowledge and experience of private sector development in Africa would be an advantage;• Demonstrated experience working effectively in a team environment;• Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills, strong facilitation, training, and writing abilities; and• Advanced educational degree in relevant field.
