In order to gain insights on the communities Knowledge Attitude and Practice with regard to IYCF, Health, Hygiene and Sanitation SC would like to conduct a KAP survey. The KAP survey will inform Health, nutrition and hygiene promotions activities and also provide a bench mark for measuring changes in knowledge, attitudes and practices by the end of the project.
