Scope of Work
Integrity is looking for short and long-term experts for anticipated donor-funded governance programmes in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The programmes will cover the following technical areas:
• Stabilisation and peacebuilding
• Humanitarian programming
• Conflict and Political Economy Analysis
• Community Development
• Institutional Strengthening
• Public Financial Management
• Natural Resource Management
• Conflict Resolution
• Land Policy
• Integrity is particularly seeking candidates with experience and understanding in Eastern DRC, particularly South Kivu and North Kivu.
We are currently recruiting for a number of positions including:
• Team leaders
• Fund Managers
• Gender Specialists
• Monitoring and Evaluation experts
• Stakeholder engagement experts
• Stabilisation, conflict prevention and peacebuilding experts
• Security and access to justice experts
• Community reintegration experts
• Civil society engagement experts
• Institutional strengthening experts
Competencies:
• Relevant experience working in the Democratic Republic of Congo
• At least 5 years experience working in one (or more) of the possible technical areas in this project
• Knowledge of DFID Value for Money approach Experience working on international donor-funded programmes, particularly for DFID
Language skills:
• Fluency in French and English
