Background:
Gender Resources, Inc. is a woman-owned small business (WOSB) specializing in gender consulting for companies, governments, and NGOs. Our consultants have experience in over 65 countries in multiple sectors.
Objective:
GRI is currently looking for a Senior Specialist for Women in the Workforce for a long-term position with an upcoming USAID-funded project in Jordan.
Qualifications:
• Minimum ten (10) years experience with gender in business development, job training, trade, value chain development, entrepreneurial skills development, and/or management, 15 years preferred
• Experience designing and delivering capacity building trainings
• Relevant experience facilitating community outreach
• Experience with Grants management a plus
• Strong management and organizational skills
• Previous experience in Jordan required, Jordanian nationals preferred
• Previous experience with USAID a plus
• Professional level fluency in Arabic and English required
