Cambodia: Programme Officer (Water & Resource Management)

The PO will work alongside the South East Asia Programme Manager for Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) & Livelihoods and Programme Officers for Myanmar and Cambodia to ensure effective management and implementation of CAFOD’s South East Asia Regional Water Resource Management Programme.
They will ensure programme quality through appraisal, monitoring and review of the delivery of SEA WRM Programme and supporting partners to access required technical support through facilitation of partnerships with technical support providers. They will also facilitate exchange of knowledge between programme partners, ensuring utlitisation of learning within programmes, national and regional advocacy initiatives, and CAFOD as an organization.
Candidates should demonstrate successfully working with partners, delivery of work within the context of an agreed programme framework and effective use of programme cycle management tools. Particular experience of disaster risk reduction/ water resource management and gender issues relating to Cambodia and /Myanmar preferred. Good written and spoken English and effective use of ICT is a must.
