The Programme Coordinator – Program Quality and Learning will coordinate the primary program quality and learning functions of CARE Sri Lanka based on required local and global standards. She/He will ensure the efficient coordination of decisions taken during the program management teams. Specifically the position will support the policy advocacy, impact measurement and knowledge management agenda of CARE Sri Lanka. She/He should have a personal and professional commitment to excellence and integrity.
QUALIFICATIONSThe candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 02 years related experience in development, policy advocacy, and knowledge management. Applicants should possess strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation skills as well as excellent writing skills in English. Computer literacy and proficiency in Tamil and/or Sinhala are required. S/he should demonstrate commitment to gender, equality and diversity.
How to apply:
The position will be based in Colombo with occasional field travel.
Applicants must be citizens of Sri Lanka and the appointment will be on renewable 12 month contract basis.
