Summary: The Administrative Officer provides administrative support services to all staff.
The Administrative Officer reports to the Director of Admin
Specific Duties
• Provide administrative support to all staff
• Assist in a broad set of accountable procurement processes,
• Assist in Fleet Management and Equipment over-site
• Assist in writing and monitoring service contracts.
• Assist with security and supplies
• Process incoming field staff, arrange hotel accommodations and scheduling orientation/meetings
• Maintain electronic filing system, including scanning and filing
• Provide backup to receptionist during lunch hour and when receptionist is out on leave.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Preference for:
• Work experience in a similar role
• High energy and ability to multitask
• Attention to details and deadline oriented
• An demonstrated interest in international development
