We have an exciting opportunity with our operational work in DR Congo for an individual with proven people management and project implementation experience.
The role involves managing the HR, finance and logistics functions, and is broadly responsible for managing the Baraka field base, along with representation and some project cycle management support. Reporting to the Area Coordinator, the responsibilities include overseeing the HR, logistics and finance functions; assisting with proposal writing and monitoring and evaluation and institutional learning.
The successful candidate will have strong people management and representation skills, and analytical and problem solving skills. Basic French is essential. The post is based in a project office in Baraka, South Kivu and includes regular travel in the field.

Salary: £25,247 plus competitive benefits package
