• Reporting to the CFO and HR manager directly. • Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence. • Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences. • Coordinate with external and internal meeting. • Attend meetings to record minutes. • Manage Executive’s Director Schedule. • Make travel arrangements for executives. • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining records management database systems • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives directors. • Greet visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals. • Other duties related to the job title.

• Effective verbal and listing communication skills. • Fluent in English & presentable. • Excellent computer skills including the spreadsheet and word processing programs and E- mail at a highly proficient level. • Dynamic person. • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously & meet due date.

• Excellent interpersonal skills. • Analytical , Problem solving & decision making ability • Attention to details and high level of accuracy. • Knowledge of office administration • Time & stress management skills • Ability to maintain and follow specific instructions and procedures
