The job is based within WaterAid’s Programme Support Unit (PSU) in London from where we provide technical support to our country programmes. We are looking for a Programme Support Officer who can help drive efficiency through a variety of effective administrative support tasks which will ultimately enable us to serve more of the world’s poorest people.
You will have experience in undertaking project based administrative support, such as report writing, editing documents and budget tracking. Strong communication and analytical writing skills will be invaluable to support the activities undertaken by the research, learning and documentation team in PSU. Your responsibilities will require a basic knowledge of water, sanitation and hygiene programming. International field experience and additional language skills would be advantageous for the job.
We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic, committed and able to move efficiently between administrative tasks whilst taking on some technical activities when required.
