Marie Stopes Mexico is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our exciting Mexico programme.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for the operational management of the clinics and for developing the business to increase productivity and ensure the centre continues to provide a high standard of customer service and attention, you will also review each centre’s efficiencies and take appropriate actions to increase the client volume of business, resulting in sustainable clinic operations along with ensuring excellence in service delivery and clinical care to improve the standards of the centre to provide the best possible customer’ service and identify opportunities for business improvement, support services and proposals.

Marie Stopes Mexico (MSM) is a social enterprise focused on social marketing and results oriented, which uses techniques of modern marketing management and to provide family planning programmers and reproductive health.
MSM A.C. is a Mexican Civil Association, associated with Global Association Marie Stopes International, which aims to provide accessible, acceptable, appropriate and high quality services with a focus on client, related to sexual and reproductive health on sustainable basis.
