Afghanistan: Avaya Engineer
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunications), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent• Required Skills:o Avaya PBX Administration and Maintenance (Avaya S8700/S8800/DL360 Series Media Servers and G650 Media Gateways)o Knowledge/Understanding of Avaya CMSo Voice Telephony Planning and Designo Call Accounting System (CAS)o Voice over IP (VoIP)o Networking skillso Disaster Recovery Planning for PBX Systems• Preferably 2-4 yrs. Professional Experience• Avaya Certifications preferred• Experience in Cisco VoIP/Unified Communications is an advantage• Good communication skills (written and verbal), motivated and both customer and service focused
