IBTCI is currently seeking a Results-Based Financing (RBF) Specialist for the USAID's Integrated Health Project in The Democratic Republic of Congo.

Position Qualifications:• The RBF Specialist must have a Master’s Degree in Health Economics, International Development, or Public Health (or an advanced degree in a relevant field). • She/he must have at least 5 years prior experience in RBF research and evaluation in developing countries. • Prior experience in RBF research in DRC is highly desirable. • The RBF Specialist must possess computer skills in word processing and data analysis tools such as SPSS. • Excellent English language writing skills are required and knowledge of French is highly desirable.
