IBTCI is currently seeking an Evaluation Specialist/Team Leader for the USAID's Integrated Health Project in The Democratic Republic of Congo.

Position Qualifications:• The Team Leader must have an MPH and/or advanced degree in statistics or social sciences. • She/he must be a senior evaluation specialist with at least 10 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation of health delivery systems in developing countries. • She/he must have significant experience in directing, managing, and implementing the evaluation of large, complex projects involving the collection, analysis, and presentation of health and population data. • Given the number of organizations and partners with which the evaluation team will interact; the Team Leader should possess demonstrated capacity to build and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders. • Prior experience in health research in DRC is highly desirable. • The Team Leader must possess computer skills in word processing and data analysis tools such as SPSS. • Excellent English-language writing skills and good knowledge of French are required.
