Do you want the opportunity to work in a law and justice partnership program in Vanuatu, a scholarships program encompassing the whole of Africa, or a poverty reduction support facility in Indonesia?

GRM International (GRM) manages multiple projects in the Asia-Pacific region and the world, and we are offering you the gateway to working in all these exciting places through our Young Professionals Program.

You will have an opportunity to:

  • Acquire a basic understanding of international development practice, activities and current issues;
  • Gain detailed knowledge and understanding of the structure, ethos and operations of  key donor client management;
  • Learn the principles of effective project management and administration;
  • Work on an international project;
  • Be trained on how to effectively and responsively support senior business development colleagues in all aspects of business development, and specific bid management; and
  • Accurately understand GRM’s  history, people, expertise, structure, values and systems;
