Function prerequisite: The position is based in Gaziantep with travels to other areas of operation as required. ? Written & verbal proficiency in English & Arabic ? Good interpersonal skills ? Able to work effectively under, & adapt to, difficult conditions ? University Degree and/or equivalent professional experience ? Relevant work experience, preferably with an NGO ? Good report writing skills ? Familiarity of monitoring & evaluation instruments & documents is preferable ? Excellent computer skills ? Willingness & ability to travel within inside & outside the country Responsibilities: Description: ? Ongoing mapping of potential Syrian civil society hub organizations and continuous partnership building with those relevant ? Event Management ? Manage communication with Syrian hub partner organizataions in accordance with management strategic guidance, relevant strategy documents and Partner Project Guidelines (PPG) ? Ensure project management and partner dialogue according to PPG and NPA partnership policy ? Ensure update and tracking of projects in current project management tools ? Ensure adequate project monitoring according to PPG, and develop and implement Monitoring and Evaluation procedures ? Management of programme staff in Gaziantep ? Development of team workflow processes in consultation with Programme Manager ? Generate monthly reporting in accordance with management guidance ? Participation in relevant sector working groups and coordination foras ? Quality-assurance of partner reporting ? Ensure adequate document management and archiving and update templates and documents ? Advise management on strategic programme development ? Prepare materials for donor reporting
