Operations and Administration Coordinator
The International Campaign to Ban Landmines - Cluster Munition Coalition (ICBL-CMC) seeks an organized, dynamic and experienced Operations and Administration Coordinator toensure the overall effective operations, logistics and daily administration of the organization. TheOperations and Administration Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day officemanagement in Geneva as well as in charge of most logistical tasks pertaining to all conferenceson the Convention on Cluster Munitions and the Mine Ban Treaty and other events. The successfulcandidate will also progressively take responsibilities for certain tasks, including grant managementand human resources.
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 year work experience in a similar position in the NGO sectorpreferably. He/she will have strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage theadministration of an office and to deliver results during major conferences. The position requiresstrong interpersonal skills with a wide variety of multi-cultural, multi-lingual groups andstakeholders. The selected candidate will also have excellent written and verbal Englishcommunication skills.
