We have an exciting opportunity to lead Cord’s Asia regional programme and be a part of Cord’s executive management team. Cord is an international peacebuilding organisation, inspired by the Christian faith, seeking to develop the capacity of partners to build peace.
You will lead the Asia team based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia and our country programme teams in Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar. You will develop programmes to maximise the peacebuilding impact of development, realise human rights and transform conflicts without recourse to violence.
The requirements
To meet the challenge, you’ll need high-level leadership experience in a similarly complex organisation and be an excellent project manager. You’ll have solid financial and people management skills along with programme development experience. You will have worked in Asia and have direct experience of conflict contexts.
The practicalities
Location: Based in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Salary: starting at £42,000 per annum plus benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
