Coffey International Development is managing the AusAID funded Australia Bali Memorial Eye Center (ABMEC) Phase II Support Program which is an initiative to assist the population of Bali, particularly those that are poor, receives best practice tertiary eye care.

We are currently seeking for a Finance Consultant for BLUD for the Program based in Bali. The successful applicant will provide technical advice in the development of a revised financial management system and support the Management Team of RS Indera/ABMEC in implementing the application of financial management to fulfill the requirements of Badan Layanan Umum Daereah (BLUD). The Finance Consultant will work and support the finance unit and other units of RS Indera. The Consultant will also liaise and coordinate with the Executive of Indera Hospital. Reporting and accountability will be to hte ABMEC Phase II Support Program Health Services Specialist (HSS).To be successful for this role, you will have a sold knowledge and understanding of the requirement and the Management of BLUD; demonstrated knowledge and understanding of hospital financial management, demonstrated technical expertise in developing hospital reporting system and understanding of BLUD; experience in financial audit and hospital performance audit as well as proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
