The Consortium Program Coordinator has responsibility for coordination of implementation of the decisions made by the SINPA Steering Committee. Whilst the position includes secretariat duties for the Steering Committee, its responsibilities stretch beyond a secretariat function to designing and coordinating the ways in which Steering Committee decisions might practically be achieved. The Coordinator plays a key facilitating and enabling role as well as a technical advisory and strategic role for the program. The position leads on the research of effective development strategies, monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and learning and dissemination opportunities. The position is responsible for gathering information from a variety of sources and providing recommendations to the steering committee. On a day to day basis, the position is responsible for the management of the SINPA team working across advocacy, program administration and monitoring and evaluation. The role is responsible for representing the SINPA Program with key partners and Solomon Islands Government Agencies.
Salary AUD$66,880 plus super and benefits.
