We are seeking a proactive Digital Officer to join our Communications team. Your job will be to maintain CARE International UK's digital channels and content flow by overseeing the functionality and usability of CIUK’s website and other microsites, troubleshooting technical issues, and uploading content. You will also be responsible for day-to-day community management of our social platforms, helping colleagues maximise their digital output by providing technical assistance and advice on design and layout, and monitoring and contributing to the new content stream.
If you have significant experience of managing content management systems and overseeing the upkeep of website functionality, then we are very keen to hear from you. You will have strong HTML skills and experience of working with CRM systems such as Advocacy Online / Engaging Networks, as well as good Photoshop and video editing skills. You will understand what makes effective and engaging website and social media content, and have strong social media community management experience. You will also have a constructive and confident manner in dealing with and advising colleagues.
