The Project Manager is responsible for ongoing management of the Coffee Industry Support Project (CISP) with a strong focus on CARE PNG financial, programmatic and human resource processes. The Project Manager will ensure project implementation through the lens of CARE’s Women’s Empowerment Framework including the development of effective approaches to ensure the engagement of men.
