SPARK is currently looking for a:
Training & coordination manager
SPARK provides training and coaching of entrepreneurs in the Netherlands who are interested to start operations or new ventures in developing countries. The candidate will coordinate the training and coaching programme, conduct certain courses, source other trainers and coaches, and coordinate the selection process of participants. The target group consists of individuals who wish to start a business and existing businesses who wish to start operations abroad.
Main tasks and Responsibilities:
Mobilizing participants and businessesParticipant selectionCoordinating and conducting training coursesFurther development of the training modulesCoordination of the coaching process in NL and abroadReporting on the activitiesWorking with Diaspora organisations, assessing interest and capacity to support entrepreneurs, coordination of training of trainer and coach activitiesRequirements and Skills:
International (project) management experienceAvailable for frequent travelling abroadExcellent knowledge of English and preferably also FrenchKnowledge of Dutch, Arabisch, Pashtu is an advantageWorking permit for the Netherlands
