DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

? Develop SOP on GBV referral, Guidelines for GBV data collection and development of standard forms for GBV data collection in the context of Afghanistan. ? The development of Standard Operation Procedures should include:- Police role in response to GBV;- Referral mechanism;- Evidence/data collection; - Protocol to follow; - Guide check lists; - Referral maps; - Ethical and safety guidelines; and - Forms and data collection tools for Family Response Unit.

? Conduct a joint workshop (health care providers and law enforcement bodies) on coordinated multi agency response to GBV with key agencies in pilot provinces.

? Perform other tasks as may be required by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED

• Advanced University Degree or equivalent on police, criminology, social sciences or other related field with at least 7 years professional experience; • At least three years of relevant experience working for an international development organization; • With at least two years of experience in the development of SOP on GBV referral and GBV data collection; • With knowledge on Human Rights Based Approach and Results Based Management principles and hands on experience on Monitoring & Evaluation tools; • Fully proficient in computer office software applications; • Fully proficient in English language (writing and speaking); and • Knowledge on various models of coordinated community response to GBV
