This post provides fundraising and grants support to programme officers, including completion of proposals, reports and routine grant correspondence. The role also provides administrative support to the disaster risk management unit and assists with cross departmental cooperation.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a demanding office environment; working with different cultures and people from different countries; and working or volunteering in the development sector.
Experience of prioritising tasks and working to tight deadlines at short notice and developing/applying quality systems and processes to their work is also essential.
