ABOUT THE ROLE:The Movement Building Directorate enables the movement to have the necessary direction, skills and resources to deliver effective leadership, influence and growth for greater human rights impact. This post is responsible for establishing and maintaining project management systems for growth projects, monitoring milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, and issues. The post-holder will review progress and communicate lessons learned to the wider Programme.
ABOUT YOU:You will be an experienced project manager with previous exposure to cross-organisational project work. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven strength in training and coaching managers in process design. Your confidence in working with multiple stakeholders at any one time will enable you to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines in order to deliver and achieve maximum results.
