Job Profile Project Pharmacy Manager

TERMS OF REFERENCE

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF POSITION

Under the direct supervision of the Medical coordinator the pharmacy manager will define, implement and follow up all pharmacy related activities in capital and all the MSF projects in the country; ensures the proper implementation of protocols and the quality of the pharmacy management; manages the staff involved in the pharmacy in capital and the fields.

FUNCTIONAL AND HIERARCHICAL LINES

Reports hierarchically functionally to the Medical coordinator and all operational decision should be agreed by the medical coordinatorManages the pharmacy staff in the capital and all the projects in the countryCollaborates with the medical project staff in the capital and the field

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Desirable pharmacy management diploma.Languages: Mission working language essential Experience: Essential working experience of at least two years as pharmacist Desirable working experience with MSF or other NGOs Desirable working experience in developing countries
Knowledge: Essential computer literacy (Word, Excel and Internet)

Welling to work under stress in conflict areas.
